It's been way too long I know!  A year has gone by since I've last written in this journal.  A-kon 20 has recently passed and I'm still in cosplay mode.  During this time I like to scrounge around for pictures people have taken of me and my friends while waiting paitently for those who have yet to upload.  Yes and I'm quite aware that I myself have not been updating this profile of mine much these days.

A-kon has changed for the most part and I'm guessing that this is due to the recession.  I felt like con attendance was quite low this year around.  Many people showed up for day 2 (Saturday) but even still the ambience wasn't quite the same as the years before.  I had fun nonetheless and had more time to jump into costume and pose for people.  

This year's new cosplay was Vampire Knight.  Me and my best friend Kaien decided to pair up as Kaname and Yuuki (respectively).  The pairing was unintentional as Kaien's first choice was to dress up as Maria Kurenai.  Things didn't quite work out to the original plan as she had to change her character to Yuuki due to some strange reason.  The thought of possibly having to do "affectionate" poses with a friend was strangley horrifying yet humorous.  And I was right, I spit in her face as the thunderous laughter escaped from my mouth.  Sorry, I'm quite bad at pretending that I enjoy gazing into my "lover's" eyes and making her melt from the intensity of my stare.  I just don't swing that way my dear.
